Papers include letters, bonds, slave bills of sale (1841-1863), a bill of sale (1831) for land in Summerville, and Peter K. Coburn's estate papers. They also include Peter Coburn's report cards (1848) from the Charleston Neck High School, a letter (1834) from his sister, Caroline A. Woods of New Haven, Conn. concerning family matters, a copy of the will (1848) of Ann Coburn, another sister, and Robert Peter Coburn's land records (1873-1897) as family attorney for the estate of John Coburn.
